1-First of all you'll need a sound streaming software e.g MorphVOX.

2-Now you need to download BLARG! sound from here [picosong.com]

3-Join any server and annoy the sh*t out of the people with your beautifull BLARG sound.

4-Be careful to not get banned by Admins.

Now I just showed you how to BLARG like me all you need to do now is to do what I told you in this guide.
