Start with home system surveyed and mines placed for minerals, energy (thanks Squill3x) and research.

1.5.* Compatible. Does not affect AI.

Update 12 June: Fixed laxy terraform coding.
Update 12 Apr: Fixed broken terraform coding. (starting to see a pattern here)

@Averax: maybe you could do 99% of the survey so and let the player take care of the rest so it would only take a few seconds at most to complete the survey?

I have to double check the terraforming code as apparently PDX decided that you should only unlock being able to see it if you've surveyed your home system.. (which this obviously breaks)

Does this for present day (1.6) stellaris? Is it just a matter of editing that text file? I can do that much, but if it requires more than that...
