Plot
"A Resistance listening post suddenly goes off-air and you are sent in to find out what happened to the original support crew and get the station back online. Your journey begins as a rowing boat coasts towards the landing point.

Who knows what you will encounter, both on the way up to the tower and on your way down?

After that who knows where you will end up, or what you will have to do?"

Info: If you are having framerate issues, you can try this console variable:
cl_detaildist 1000 (default 4096)
You can try lower or higher values and see what is just right. If that still doesn't seem to help there is:
r_drawdetailprops 0
It will turn off a lot of the grass though and a few other things.

Instructions
Download and install Mission Improbable to sourcemods which is located in:
Steam\steamapps\sourcemods
If you are on the Synergy 4.3 beta, you don't have to do any additional steps other than subscribe to the addon.
Then copy the folder called 683512034 located in:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\17520
and paste in: Steam\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom
Method 2
If you have Synergy installed in the default directory and are running a 64-bit computer, you can use this command in cmd.exe to make it easier:
robocopy /E "%programfiles(x86)%\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\17520\683512034" "%programfiles(x86)%\Steam\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom\683512034"
^ That is meant to be on one line, copy it, then right click on the cmd.exe window, click paste and press enter.

Mac Instructions
Right click on the finder icon and click "Go To Folder" and type in:
~/Library/Application\ Support/Steam/SteamApps
In this folder you will find common, sourcemods, and workshop. Download and extract Mission Improbable to sourcemods, download this addon and copy the folder in workshop/content/17520 under the name "683512034" to: common/Synergy/synergy/custom and when you start up Synergy, you should be able to see Mission Improbable in Create Server and also be able to join servers that host it.

Dedicated Server Instructions
If you are on the Synergy beta 4.3, you can now add 683512034 to your Synergy\synergy\cfg\workshop_srv.cfg
If you don't have workshop_srv.cfg, just create a new text document and rename it to that.
The content tag and first map is: "mi mimp1"

How are you installing Mission Improbable? All mod supported mods should be installed standard where you do not place any assets in Synergy . The support files need to be moved over from workshop to Synergy, but the mods themselves should be separate in their normal directories.
The only other times that I have seen that error is if you don't have Half-Life 2 installed, or have mods that may have corrupted it such as copying files that should not be in Synergy.

every time i launch it shows a white screen with some music and then shows the message "cant find: materials\console\startup\loading.vtf or something like that

It's not working for me. I get a white screen and some music playing. Then it just crashes. I have both HL 2 and Episode 2 installed. I got it from moddb. Yes, I also tried with the patch.

It should work from any site, so long as the directory structure is the same:
Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\missionimprobable
If the maps are much different, the edits may not work as well, but for the most part it should work with any version. You just have to make sure who ever you are playing with has the same version.

Half-Life: Source support is in the official next update for Synergy.
