描述
Based on two major divergences in history the great northern war, and subsequently the Polish and Austrian wars of succession were shorter and less drastic conflicts allowing Sweden and Poland to survive into the current era as major powers and preventing British dominion of India.
The scramble for Africa never occurred on a large scale leaving many autonomous African states struggling to modernize while contending with their neighbors and foreign powers.

I was thinking of something with the Intervention in Mexico and the Civil war, I was also going to add ethnic minorities for immigrant populations.

Today I am focusing on the tech and stockpiles of the new countries especially in Africa.

Yeah I haven't gotten to play testing Poland, I still have to fill out the resource stockpiles
