New track that experiments with the new particle system a little, and the new +PulseAll component!

Just a heads-up: Cooling rings are now fixed! Nothing else has been changed. Although the Pulse component is still a bit weird (All lights will pulse to one MIDI channel, instead of their set values in the editor), hopefully this should at least make it finishable again!

Can confirm, rings don't work. Other than that, amazing idea.

@Latapi Aah, i've seen a similar issue happen with another one of my maps. I may go back and try to fix these with the new cooldowntriggers. Thanks for letting me know!
