Everytime player dies, in specified range all see labels in chat
Like so:
DBot fall from high place
Bot01 played with heavy things
Bot01's life was finished by DBot's Crowbar

After DLib release it got rewrite. No longer badly detected death reasons.

ConVars:
sv_npcdeathmessage 0 - Mean NPC death as regular death
sv_death_range 2000 - Broadcast range in default case
sv_death_range_player 750 - Broadcast range in PvP, PvN, NvN (Player vs NPC and NPC vs NPC)
