Dover International Speedway is a 1.0 mile steep banked oval. It has 4 corners.
It is an original scratch built track for rFactor 2. (It was built originally for SCE - rFactor 1 - but never released)
The racing surface has been reworked, adding support for Realroad, and adding banking on the apron.
The AI are tend to cut and touch the apron here in the Stockcars. 100% AI strength recommended. I am still having issues with the cars running lower than they should. They still run good lap times.

This is a fill in track until a new 3PA track becomes available (Possibly up to 2 years)

Thanks to American Stockcar for most infield objects.

v1.80 update
Staggered pitboxes up and down pit lane. Designed to give drivers more space like in real life.
Lowered height of outer wall.

Grip changed to 1.0

Pacecar release endpoint moved back to correct place.
New Pacecar Line (Centre of track)

v1.50 update
Disable cut track (as per Mountain Pk Speedway)
As fields were approaching 30, online racers were starting to get cut track penalties in error.
Pacecar release endpoint moved as close to finish line as possible. To avoid lap up/lap down penalties common in online races when yellows come out while drivers are in pit lane.
Slowwhenpushed set to "0" AI Cars will now not slow when you get close behind them. (as if they are scared of you!)

DX11 Textures added
Fixed some realroad textures missing alpha reflections layer
Cut track FIX (Could get cut track on grass)
Concrete walls use correct material. (Will have correct drag when hitting it)
Safer walls use correct safer material. (Will have correct drag when hitting it)
2018 Loading screen updated to 1.4
Large icon replaced with correct icon
TDF Roughness added to bring track to life
Startman added
Missing objects in mirrors added
Yellow line pit entry and exit
Cones added to remind drivers to stay in or out of pit lane when entering
Some updated textures to better support DX11

v1.30 updates: Grip changed to 1.0 (stay tuned?)

v1.20 updates: is DX11 release, with reflections, updated textures, and updated shadows on track.

Remove racesurface_25.gmt and racesurface_26.gmt from the SCN file to eliminate the bouncing of the AI cars.

AI is also controlled by the car mod. Not all mods work with all tracks.

Updated to 1.1. A small amount of textures edit to look better in DX11. I also dropped the grip level in the corners. Has pulled a second out of the lap times. And fixed an issue where shadows look weird on the track surface.
