描述
2021 update: try to check "load only used assets" in loading screen mod, it will load only assets that used in save.

2019 update:
This city build in 2016, I don't know how it will work now.

If you want to try running it
1) Subscribe on this
assets collection, without mods. Some buildings may not work because they are 2016.
2) Subscribe on map
3) You need a current collection of mods, try my or any other collection of popular Cities: Skylines youtuber with a set of basic musthave mods. Will it run without mods? Well, uh ... uh .........
I'm not 100% sure if the city will launch with a new collection of mods, but you can try. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Welcome to Nevan city!

This is a realistic and developing megapolis in American style.
Population 360k. I reached the limit on the roads and buildings.
If you see a construction site, blame limit :)

Spent time ~ 5 months/ ~370 hours

...I usually run 5000 assets despite having 16Gb of RAM...and it runs fine...
