Studebaker US-6 (Red Army)

Three axle truck company Studebaker Corporation, unreleased from 1941 to 1945. It was the most widespread means of transport supplied to the Soviet Union under the Lend-Lease. Notable for increased maneuverability and lifting capacity (compared with Soviet truck at the time). Also, in contrast to the Soviet truck, I had four-wheel drive - all three axes. In addition to all-wheel drive model US6x6, the Red Army was supplied US6x4.Posle end of the lease were to return to the United States
         There are about 197 000 trucks were produced (of which more than 20 thousand US6x4 modification with non-leading front axle). About 100 thousand of them were delivered to the USSR during the Second World War, under the contract Lend-Lease; the rest went to other allies, mainly France and the UK.
