Just ran the mod in the War of the Chosen dev tools to check it still works properly.
It works with WotC, but you can't equip the voice to the faction classes.

About this mod
══════════

This mod was created to add the character Blanc form Hyperdimension Neptunia into XCOM 2.
There are two added voice options: English and Japanese Blanc that can be added from the character pool. Transformed lines have been avoided.
Main features of the mod are:

- Contains 275 English voices
- Contains 274 Japanese voices
- Radio filter added by audacity

Note that the voices will only appear for female characters!

Lines were taken from the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise, which is owned by Idea Factory and Compile Heart.

Attempted to balance English/Japanese voice counts this time, since I noticed I had been bias towards greater quantities of English voices.

So quick poll: In LW2, what do you think Blanc would be? In Vanilla/WotC she's obviously a Grenadier, but that got split up LW2. Personally, I say Gunner (The gunner part of VGrenadier), but I could make a case for Grenadier (The grenade part) or Technical (Gets the Rocket Launcher and flamethrower from the start)

Not sure to be honest. Only thing I can think to try is press the button on the launcher that chooses between vanilla xcom or wotc and flick between the two options.

your mod won't show up in my mod list. I had it before but it disappeared and now it won't come back. I've downloaded other mods since, so I have no idea what's wrong with it. I even tried manually adding it and completely reinstalling the game, but that didn't work. Any ideas?

I've been using all of your voicepack mods except the Rom/Ram one and I've had no problems running with WOTC. That compatibility warning doesn't seem to matter. I personally don't mind how the faction classes can't use the voicepacks - there's a lot of cues unique to them that Nep voices probably wouldn't fit well anyway.

Just tried it out now and it still works fine. The only issue is that you can't equip the voices to the faction classes.
