Please leave a vote if you like my assets, it helps a lot :)

Why is there no L2, L3, L4 or L5 or L20xy version?
This is on purpose, subsribe to this one and clone the Levels you need using the Building Themes Mod by Boformer. I will provide a Theme with cloned versions at some point, eg if there are enough buildings.

-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-3x4 Level 1 high residential corner building
-2641 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-52 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)

Havent tested anything but I guess it is a modding issue. Assets usually work fine as they are just "reskinned/modeled" versions of vanilla buildings, so there isn´t really anything that could cause a problem. But I will look into this.

Assets keeping failing to load for all your baroque style mods, any idea what could be causing it? The new update?

You can use building themes for cloning, Rico is ment to be for bigger lots who cant grow :P
