Nostalgia Critic Voice Pack

描述
Brings the voice of a man who loves to scream with a high pitched voice to a camera to XCOM 2. 340 voice samples covering most of in-game actions.

Suggestions for line/event combinations are welcome.

I am not associated with Doug Walker in any way: Doug's voice is (C) himself. Should he find this offensive I will replace the sounds with silence so I can safely remove it without breaking anyone's saves.

If Nostalgia Critic takes issue with this voice pack, it will be hysterical considering just how much he breaks copyright.

I'd complain about the audio peaking and blasting my ear drums open all the time but that's just how doug would probably sound to command.

@Cryomancer993: Every Voicepack does, only with the one caveat that hero-classes can't use them.
