A Culture Conversion Alternative

Updated for 1.17.x.x

Description:
This patch allows you to use both the Organic Culture Transmission & Extended Timeline mods together.
You need to activate it in the mod list along with both mods to get it to work. See the graphic for a picture of what this mod will look like in your mod list.

Compatibility:
You can use this patch with all other mods EXCEPT those who modify the on_actions file.
If a mod makes changes to that file then you will need another compatibility patch.
This mod requires no DLC but can be used with all DLC

Funny Name Explanation and Modding Note:
This mod has the bizarre AA at the beginning of its name because that seems to be the way eu4 processes mod overrides. I am assuming that the engine reads the first alphabetical instance of the override of a particular file and then uses that regardless of it there are others loaded. The patch simply combines the the on_actions file for both mods. I tried all manner of different ways to get the patch's combined file to be read. This was the only one that worked. So I'm stuck with a bizarre mod name. This process should work for other mod conflicts. I have no idea if this has been identified before as a fix, but there you go, it works. Feel free to use this file and method to create any other compatibility patches.
