Ploppable RICO is essential for this asset to work properly.

This is a single American apartment building. The only prop that is essential for the building is the Picketdreams white fence (which makes up the balcony).

I've also uploaded the apartment complex which requires Sub-buildings enabler mod

@jjschmitty the American Eclectic fits the bill, it may not be EXACTLY what you're looking for, but nothing is going to be exact as its a game.

Can you make suburb houses too! I'm looking for post-world War 2 houses like rambler's/ranch style houses, 1 car garage usually one floor but haven't found any American old suburb style houses

Yeah i know that obviously. i was just saying but now i'm wondering how those buildings keep standing when they arent connected to the road

@theylivewesleep there are no pedestrian paths included with this asset. The paths in the pictures are done in game with road/prop anarchy
