I noticed a way to still get a game over: By falling into pitfalls, it the game substracts lifes and I even triggered a Game Over with it.

Not working anymore at least on Hard. Reached the last boss on Hard and had this as 'backup' but nope. Game Over after the couple of credits were used.

Sadly cause of issues with the xbox one gamepad I can't pick chill mode :( So I guess it's no surprise another patch is need to fix the xbox one gamepad issue.
