Original Survivor Names for L4D2

Perfect if you have no friends and play this game alone! This mod simply changes the L4D2 survivor names to the L4D1 survivors.The mod chages the character selection names, loading screen names and of coarse in game names. Useful if you plan on playing with L4D1 Survivor skins in single player. NOTE: This mod was created to work with Darkness' Survivor replacer mods, which is why I added them as required for this mod. Rochelle=Zoey, Coach=Louis, Nick=Bill, Ellis=Francis. I am also aware the mod shows confliction with the Zoey skin, but this is a false flag and the mod works just fine. Appreciate ya.
