Its a baisic Starter Kit add the items directally into your inventory and equipts the armor
ive tried to make it as ballenced as possible and still allow for an edge against the wild dinos of the ark

Baisic Kit:
Stone Tools
Bow
15 Stone Arrows
Cloth Armor
Spyglass

Metal Kit:
Metal Tools
Crossbow
15 Stone Arrows
Chitin Armor
Spyglass

Example Setting
Seperate The items with commas
uses the item location just like the giveitem command

Still works as of today, June, 7th, 2025. I have this mod crafting my custom starter kit. Works with fine with my mod items (provided you enter the addresses correctly in the ini). Gotta say, this makes new playthroughs/map starts much nicer. New item in my 'staple mods' list

I will continue to try to get it to work. I made a work around using the cheat gfi command. Like this cheat gfi item |cheat gfi item|cheat gfi item|. I have that in leafpad, and copy the command before I start the game . One Game starts can hit tab and the ctrl v , that pastes the command, hit enter, that works But it only works for me where the mod would work for everyone playing. If this custom mod still works for anyone post here that it does , because if it works for you there is still hope for me getting it to work. Thank you neanderthal. I have 2 pc's that are alike and it stoped on both at the same time , Thank you.

I did a test by adding only 1 item in the custom kit. It did not work , but when put in the tab window in game with cheat giveitem "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/StructuresPlusMod/Structures/Walls/Forcefield/PrimalItemStructure_Wall_Forcefield.PrimalItemStructure_Wall_Forcefield'" 1 0 0, That command gives the item in game , but the following settings added to game.ini , and th gus.ini does nothing. The metal tools=True does change the cost to 1 stone, so it is reading the file. But the forcefield wall you do not get.

Hi does the configurable part of this mod still work, the reason I ask is the stone is all that seems to work. The configurable part stopped stopped working for me at wild cards last update before they left. I had a force field set up that weapons could shoot thought from inside , but not in from outside.they both stopped working, now the force field stops weapons both ways, and this mod only makes the stone option. I had custom starter kit masked that I really liked, but my custom setting no longer work. If anyone answers Thanks in advance. Thought I would ask if it still worked, no need trying if it is not.

well I was mistaken , the space was not the problem. It iwas working but the 1st item in the list was not in the starter kit. But I found a work around, I just copyed the first item and pasted it at the end of the list.That made it the first item and the last 1. Since the 1st item does not load , works great the last item load with the rest. Great mod.

Ok I see the metal kit was removed, but have not found the custom kits. Gress I may figure it out
