Replaces the 50hz-optimized European version of Alien Soldier with the only version people should be playing.

Tried this with Kega Fusion. At first it was playing at 50hz, so for some reason it wasn't auto-detecting region. After I manually switched it to Japan, for some reason the screen where you select your weapons had glitchy colors and odd patterns.

The audio is pretty terrible. It's deffinitely scratchy as hell.

Are people seriously not noticing the distorted audio in the hub launcher? 50 hz or 60 hz, the hub screws it up.
