Yeah it was a very long time ago , I was gonna try to remake the game as I had all models , maps and animation I lost my interest way back. Anyways the program is called QuickBMS made by Luigi Auriemma. Once you find the program look for Xenesis File System (*.xfs) on the same website you downloaded it from. To open the models after you extracted it you need another program, I forgot the name of it tho if you really want I guess I could try to find it again. The textures are a bit more tricky as I used the engine they created the game in to open those and I think the program I used had a script that could view them but not extract. The engine they used was called LithTech Jupiter I believe. Anyways I think you can find the right program to open it with after you succesfully extracted everything and just google the file extension used for the models and such.
