Kancolle Sortie BGM for Main Menu

Basically the sortie bgm extended by 3 minutes and added in a fade out, tried my best to make it more linear, but did this in a short time.
Replaces all five main menu bgms with the same bgm.

BGM is officially named as "Across the Sea" but I guess using sortie will make it more self explanatory.

Any useful feedback is welcomed.
