描述
The first in a series of Elementary and High Schools based around designs used in Tokyo Japan. For those doing Japan styled cities or just want schools that blend in with high density areas, I hope that this asset and the ones that follow will fulfill those needs.

This school like all the others (except the Persona schools) are exact (or almost) exact replicas of real schools found in Tokyo.

Student Population: 400

I hope You can increase the student population from 400 to 600.

More slot is needed.

Great asset, but too low maintenance cost and low student capacity.

The vanilla elementary has a capacity of 300 with a maintenance of more than 1000 credits.

Please make it more balanced. =)

TWarrior, if you want, you can just go into the Asset Editor and increase whatever values that you'd like to. It's very easy to do. :)

Looks amazing! Could you increase student capacity though? 400 is just as much as small elementary schools in the vanilla game
