Not made for DarkRP.

Alerts all staff if a player was killed while holding a physgun, toolgun, or hands.

Type "rdmdetector_showlogs" in console to see all RDMs since the last server crash/restart

Either way, it's fixed, I added ULX Permissions, I added an option to draw a halo on protected players, and I'm purging this thread.

No, this is completely vanilla and does not require ULX or anything else.

My server runs Vermilion (because I'm a cheap mofo who is overcautious of viruses, yes.) and most scripts like these work together with a specific admin script, such as ULX, and only works when the script (like ULX...) is downloaded and running on the server.

It's a rule on the server I'm admin on. If you kill someone with a physgun, it counts as RDM. Other server call it "Builderkill." It's a rule to make sure people who want to deathmatch don't kill the people who want to build.
