This guide is an easy way to get all the combo breaker achievements, i discovered this by attempting the 100 combo chain kill streak (Double-D Combo Breaker).

A step by step with in-game pictures by me.

Start by setting the inferno map to Stronghold on Nightmare Difficulty

Map Location

As soon as you spawn make your way to the ladders leading to the roof of the two drum towers as seen below (Also seen in the thumbnail for the Stronghold map)

Strategy

Once you are on the roof, you can have your choice of which tower, whichever one starts to spawn the most Wendigos, if they don't start to spawn right away just jump between the towers, try not to be idle or Hellion Bats will spawn
(kill the bats before you start your streak to avoid the annoyance)

Once the Wendigos start spawning let them attack you until your rage mode is activated

then your streak can begin, spam your melee (F button) for one hit kills and make your way round the tower, try not to stay still or you will die or be stunned and lose your streak, if you don't see many enemies ahead of you turn around and go anticlockwise (or vice versa)

Don't bother with enviromental events (Fog) stones. Fog doesn't deal damage so there is no need to change your location and you can still make out the silhouettes of enemies

This might take a few tries, but you will get it, i got mine on my fourth try. You can even finish the entire round this way (Notice the 143 combo)

I just got it on my first try, I found easier for me to spam the "E" button (Spin kick). Thank you very much for the help!

Guides that help people with ridiculous achievements are priceless

(Ironically I went on the towers literally playing today and though it would be a good place for combos, but you went more in depth, explained it and actually did it -
