Meanwhile somewhere in the Middle East, a deadly infection erupts, infecting the local civilans throughout the city. This causes the UN to send all sorts of humanitarian and military aid to the unnamed country. In the midst of the chaos Islamic terrorists seize control of the city in an attempt to enforce sharia law, but failed when over half them did get infected as well!! Now NATO teams up with Russia and China in a miltary intervention to bring order in to the unnamed city. So surely things will get better right? RIGHT!?
