Adds the United Kingdom led by George V as a playable civilization. Does not replace Elizabeth's England. This mod is an adaption of the United Kingdom by Viregel.

!!!IMPORTANT!!!:
This mod works best with the lastest beta of Gazebo's Community Patch[forums.civfanatics.com]. It is not required, however.

Installation

Requires Brave New World

Steam Install
  • Select "Subscribe" above.
  • Start the game up and hit Mods
  • Enable the mod
  • Click Next and begin a game.

Direct Installation
  • Download 7zip (it's freeware, and takes next to no time to install)
  • Download the Civ5Mod file from here -> Direct Download[www.dropbox.com]
  • Place the Civ5Mod in MyDocuments> MyGames> Sid Meiers Civilization 5> MODS
  • Right click the Civ5Mod file and select 7zip -> Extract to "JFD's - (insert civilization here)
  • Start the game up and hit Mods
  • Enable the mod
  • Click Next and begin a game.

Even when subscribed, I don't see him appearing in the player's list, either using normal Advanced Setup or Really Advanced Setup. Please let us know if you've removed this mod. Realy like(d) it, btw.

It has served me well to stay clear of Civ mods that have brief mentions of bugs in the Comments sections. They will likely break your game (learned the hard way). But it's only fair to turn it around: I've played with this mod forever and with all kinds of set-ups (Community Balance Patch, etc). Never had a problem. Recommend.
