Adds the Flugels, led by Jibril

This mod Support English and Korean

UA: Slaughter Angel
Get Science and Culture from kill enemy unit except Barbarian.
Military forces are 50% more effective at intimidating City-States.
Capital can only train Flugels and carriable Air Units.

UU: Flugel
Flugel (Melee) are replace all melee and gunpowder combat class and Flugel (Range) are replace all archer combat class. Only Flugel's Capital can train this.
This unit can move all tile and has a higher Combat Strength but very expensive. Has a penalty to attacking cities before modern era. After certain tech research, Flugel can carry some unit such as Air, Missile unit.

UB: Flugel Library
Unique Flugel Library replacement. +1 Science for every 2 Citizens in this City.
Also has 3 slot for a Great Work of Writing which, Each slot filled, gives 5% science yield and 7 XP to trained Units.

I like the concept and mid to late game of this civ but their early game is a bit over powered and they play really aggressively too. all and all fun to have just make sure they don't spawn next to you and you should be fine.

Ahhhhh, when you click next it shows up saying single player then you click that and you can use mod civs! BTW this mod is really good!

When i used this mod, for some reason whenever i capture a city i get no option to puppet, liberate or anex them. it has become a serious problem for me trying to liberate city states taken by other civs.

i have an issue with every single mod that adds a new civilization, none of them appear in my list and i've tried everything i could find on the internet, the mods are activated but the civ simply doesn't appear in my list

Love the mod so far! The only problem i have run into is when i go to attack someone. When attacking, normaly the combat summary menu thing in the bottom left corner above the unit info appears, telling you the bonuses of each side and how much damage each unit will take. When i attack with a flugel however (no matter melee or range), the menu doesnt appear. Dont know if this is a bug or?

오랜만에 잡은 문명이라 모드도 다시 잡아봤습니다 왕 난이도 12개국 대륙 마라톤으로 시작했는데 자유 열고 4번째 열 때까지 꾸준하게 플뤼겔 뽑아준다면 그 이후로는 근처 만만한거 하나 붙들고 늘어지면서 휴전신청할 때 주는 도시 하나하나 잘 받아먹고 안정화 시키면서 그냥 전쟁 - 휴전(도시 보상)만 반복해도 이세상 땅은 다 플뤼겔겁니다

Flugels "Capital" can only train Flugels and carriable Air Units.
