Level 5 4x2 Residential, also grows on 4x3 and 4x4.

Hi-poly: 525 tris,
1024x diffuse, specular illumination and bump maps.
LOD: 80 tris,
256x diffuse, specular and illumination maps.

One of two same-model residential lots. This one grows on 4x2 (4 on the road, 2 deep), 4x3 and 4x4.

i believe the building eye dropper lets me copy & paste buildings.... the only reason i would love to see these uniques is to be able to plop them where ever i wnat and not fight with the growables system. (i mainly play to create good looking stuff so growables get a bit pointless and annoing to spawn sometimes...) well im subscribed to these growables too, just if you find the time make unique building versions too (I can bet people will like that!) keep up the good work

@SamSinen: I am working on a larger (same style) building now that I will certainly make RICO compatible. I think for the growables that the building eyedropper mod provides very similar functionality to what you describe, for every single building in your city at once. Let me know if I'm wrong though!:butterfly:

Hi! Love these Anno style buildings they look great! only thing is that at least I would like to be able to plop these as unique buildings, or RICO MOD ploppables.. so my only wish is that if it isnt too much work could you release these buildings also as one of the types above? Sorry for long comment and i hope you answer :)
