描述
Requires Counter-Strike: Source to be installed for all the textures to appear correctly.
Counter-Strike: Source can be bought from the Steam store.


Has:
- Tree house
- Swimming pool
- Car garage
- Big garden around the house
- Ground AI paths
- Air AI paths
- Team spawn points (32 each side)

Map should be in the Sandbox category named "gm_house4".

Nevermind, i cleaned like 200 addons and it seems to work now (but it's still a bit glitchy)

Old map but... It doesn't seem to have AI nodes, since global NPC group spawner doesn't seem to work. I will re-check and correct my comment if it does work, but last time i checked it didn't.
