REUPLOAD of Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 vehicles fixes (read description)

As time goes on, progress is made on things. Two and a half years ago I uploaded my collection of dupes with the left 4 dead vehicles being properly assembled. Now that left 4 dead 2 files contain the vehicle props from both games and the models from the DLC campain, the sacrifice, alot more assembling was required of me, and thats what i did. I also took the time to fix props from Counter Strike source and Global offensive, so there's that.
I also included the dupe of a small submarine I made from the components of a half life 2 beta leak addon, credited in the dupe upload.
