Changelog:

Optimization improvements.
Added a bit more weapon_satchel.
Reduced the landmine damage to ~35.
Increased the landmine respawn time to 240 seconds. (Only houses area)
Smoothed a displacement surface. [Now a players shouldn't stuck or slow down] (Only houses area)
Fixed texture issues.
Fixed GluonGun bug.
Increased M249 damage to 19.
Fixed some soundscape bugs.
Added custom explosion sound for the landmine.

** Useful info **
The map include a custom sounds of ambient as we all know after the last update Black Mesa have some problems with a custom sounds that why I recommend type "snd_restart" in console after launching of the map.
