Who doesn't like Pizza ? This were my thoughts when I did that mod. I love Pizza so today, I'm providing more Pizza in L4D2.
This mod (compatible with everything) modifies the Pizza Boxes that you see through the campaigns. More then just retexturing them (and that also has already been done by Tricky), it also adds pizzas in them ! (That come in a single shape and size, but with different flavors).
So. If you like Pizza, sub to that mod for more Pizza in L4D2. If you don't like Pizza, you're a liar.

PS. In all honesty, I have nothing against Pineapple and Anchoives on my "Pizza" (but to please the Italian purists, that wouldn't be a real "Pizza").

Tl;dr : Pizza.
