This mod is designed as an addon to la-lyre-noire's Europe WW2 scenario. It makes the following changes:

* Adds the following City States: Baltic States, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Iceland, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Romania and Switzerland
* Adds an edited version of la-lyre-noire's scenario map which contains the new city states and alternative player colors
* Start year is 1939 and game speed is 1 month per turn (compatible with the Aeon Game Speed mod)
* Submarines and Nuclear Submarines can enter other civs' waters without declaring war
* Removes certain wonders that do not belong in a WW2 Europe setting
* Removes settlers, Giant Death Robots and XCOM squads
* Collective Rule policy gets +1 Food and +5% Food per city to compensate for missing settler
* City state gold gifts are more expensive and buy less influence
* The Greek leader Alexander has a lower tendency to give city state gold gifts

Currently requires Denmark, Spain/Inca and Babylon DLC
Please note that some of the required mods also require the Community Patch (not the Community Balance Patch).
