Fall of the Eagles Roman (East-West) icon pack

Hi,

I am a major fan of Fall of the Eagles mod (part 1 found here http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=429279205) and sought to improve the Eastern and Western Roman interface icons. They are based on actual models for the particular units, with an attempt made to get consistent appearances.

I also edited the numeri and foederati lanciarii variant meshes to make them look a bit more roman in their clothing.

Also edited are starting Roman army names. Legions were drastically different by 395 AD, significantly smaller, meaning that armies were primarily that, armies. Unfortunately I cannot locate where new army builds are found in the files, so those have to be edited manually. Army names are based upon the Notitia Dignitatum (a good online resource for it is here (http://lukeuedasarson.com/NotitiaPatterns.html)

UPDATE: March 31, 2016
1. Fixed errors with Numeri and Foederatii Lanciarii missing arms.
2. Updated the TXT so new builds have Comitatus instead of Legio.
3. Updated scenario names to have Comes replaced by Comitatus.

UPDATE:May 1, 2016
1. Revamped all spear and sword infantry to have new poses.
2. Revamped archer, crossbow and slingers to have a more active pose.
