Greetings and Salutations. Guv here again.

Do you hate waiting so long for units to rest and to not be exhausted any longer?
Wait no further, There may still be some minor issues to be handled but it still does as it says,
Idle soldiers regenerate from exhaustion faster!

About 3½ times the original resting speed!
