Even though how awesome the idea sounds, I don't think I wanna go back to learning about how to use the editor again. I've quit playing both games for a while now. I'll eventually come back after some months because I tend to switch games that way whenever I get bored.
If my advice doesn't work then installing it manually would be the last resort.
Download the pack which you can find in the direct download link, the files are already in .ogg format so all you have to do is rename them to the same names as the original KF .ogg files you want to replace but keep the old ones in a new folder(doesn't matter where it's placed) in case you would change your mind.
The KF music files are located here: .../Steam/steamapps/common/KillingFloor/Music
I believe music mods doesn't work very well on custom maps if that could be the case.
Except this is only the music for robbing banks...
