UK Bar / Club - Reflex
I feel the workshop is missing a selection of UK high street commercial buildings (including bars, pubs and clubs), so i aim to bring a few to help you create the high street of your dreams.

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 3x4 layout
Density : High Level Commercial
Level : 1

How do i spawn these assets in game?
The best way to spawn these assets is to download the Building themes mod and create a new theme (or add the building to a current theme). Alternatively the two mods below are also very helpful:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

Model Info:
  • 1,189 Polys
  • 2,771 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour, Illumination)
  • Custom LOD (116 tris)

Thank you for this. This is the premier 80s-themed bar in Brum. I've visited that place many, many times. Best bar in the whole city! I hope they still have the revolving dance floor and the Rubik's Cube on the ceiling. :steamhappy:

@Lara's Freezer - I may do in the future, for now tho im concentrating on getting more variations out.

@majortm11 - Offices will probably be my next project, will be quite a while yet tho :)

Beautiful work, hope to see more clubs/bars in the future by you, and as Lara said any chance of adding them into leisure category same problem a lack of assets for that category. And one request? is it ok if you make offices? theres not many realistic offices in the workshop and I feel like you can smack some people into place!
