However, you can reduce the rail cycle (reload time) yourself by opening up the iDuel.factories file within your steam folder. It's probably located somewhere in ~SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\282440
Normal railgun reload speed is set at 1500 - which is 1.5 seconds. Usually fastrail is set to 1000 - which is 1 second. I can't exactly remember the exact command anymore, but the commands in the file are very straightforward, just open it up with notepad then edit and save. Make sure you save it as iDuel.factories and not as a .txt file.
Hope it works out for ya :)
If it is installed, and the owner of the server has not changed anything to the gametype, you should be able to callvote it with "/callvote map longestyard iduel" or "/callvote map q3dm17 iduel" (if the quake 3 version of the map is installed on the server as well).
You should also be able to run it in single player - I believe that once you've installed it it should also show up when creating a single player game. My quake live memory is a bit fuzzy though, as I've not logged on for ages.
