Two part apple orchard asset (10x8). Had to make it a park to create but had the farming industry in mind when I put it together. This is the right side and has road access to create an active sim atmosphere. Picnic pavilion with tables, live parking spaces and an office provide plenty of action. The farm fencing will connect with the left side, providing a streamlined look.
