UA - Mammal Inclusion Initiative
Working sources of Land Mammal Animals(Ivory, Truffles, Fur, Horse, Cow, Sheep, Deer, Bison) provides +1 additional Food and Science. Adopt Policies 10% faster, but Unhappiness from the number of cities doubled.

UB1 - ZPD(Replace Police Station)
Unique Building of Zootopia replaces Police Station. ZPD Reduces enemy spy stealing rate by 60% and provides 3 Happiness.
City must have a Constabulary.

UB2 - Zootopia Infrastructure(Replace Stadium)
Unique Building of Zootopia replaces Stadium. It provides +1 Culture and 2 Happiness in this City, and gives various yield bonus to local tiles of the city.
○ +1 Food, +1 Production for all desert tiles(except Flood Plains).
○ +1 Food for all tundra tiles, +2 Food, +1 Production for all snow tiles.
○ +1 Food for all forest tiles, +1 Food, +1 Science for all jungle tiles.
○ +2 Food, +1 Culture from lake tiles, +1 Culture and Gold from each Oasis.
Zootopia Infrastructure yields +4 Tourism when the technology Railroad is researched. It costs 8 Gold of maintenance.
City must have a Factory, Hospital and Zoo.
