About the model
These are some typical New York type apartments. Hope you like them as a filler in your cities. :) I still needed some more filler buildings in my cities so I decided to create some more. More buildings like these will follow. These models have between 3682 tris and 2949 tris and a 2048x512 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.These models have a custom LoD, which is about 63 or less tris with a 256x64 texture, with a diffuse, color and illumination map.

About the building
This is based of a regular apartment building at 523 W 113th St, close to the Columbia University. There's not much history to it.

Changes
- This is now a pack, consists of 3 buildings: The Columbia (3x3), The Illinois (3x3) and The Michigan (2x3). They all share the same texture.
- Added a lot of details to the front. Redid the brick texture and the roof texture.
- Redid the back and the LoDs.
- Added a Cornice to the Michigan.

Did the name of this asset change? If so it broke my save. Is there a way to name it back to what it was before?

@kamarajitsu Try the following, unsubscribe from the asset. Load your save. Save your game. Then resubscribe.

Loading screen mod shows this error:
You have 651945105 but it does not contain Columbia apartments_Data. Name probably changed by the author

Accidentally found some information for this building. It turns out he had a cornice.
