描述
This asset is only used with RICO! mod. Without RICO mod it is a unique plop without any functions and stats.

It is 1-464D series of residential apartment building. Such houses are common in Russia and the CIS. Their construction began in the 1970s and continued until the 1990s. Houses in this series have different variations and modifications so I've made the most common from my city.

There's a ton of US and british tenements on the workshop, you just have to look. Hell, there are probably more american tenements than the soviet ones, it's just that the american ones are mostly growables, while soviet are made for RICO mod.

I'd LOVE to see some of the modernized "Panelák" like in Czech Republic where they took these old dirty apartments and gave them a new coat of stucco and paint and sometimes new balconies.

What Infos du you need? :D I would love to see them in my city. At the end of the GDR regime about two third of the east german people lived in a WBS70 or in a WHH GT 18 building. So you can say they were pretty important and characterize the cityscape in east germany until today.

@WernerIV / Sotrax, Currently there are plans to make Soviet houses of different periods, but your proposal is also interesting. Googled WBS 70, there are 5, 6, 11 storey versions, according to Wiki, so I'll have to get more info about it :)

Did you plan to add other panel buildings? Like the GDR WBS70? Maybe with edge buildings or so aligned that you can make corners?

@Wastingpluto533 RICO mod will be updated - there will be ingame menu, so it would be possible to configure all values =)

hi i agree with the rest like the building but we need more households for the size of building
