Undersea Warship - Atragon

UPDATE 05/08/16: I finally got the envmaps fixed. Enjoy the distinct lack of pink and black squares!

ATTENTION, READ THIS CAREFULLY: This is my first ever attempt at porting. I did make this, but do not take requests.

Also, please don't reupload this model elsewhere unless given express permission.

This isn't a playermodel, vehicle or an NPC. Whine, beg and/or moan about it, and you deserve every bit of snark, satire, sarcasm, disapproval and shaming you get.

AT LAST, I FINALLY LEARNED HOW TO MAKE PHYSICS MODELS! I have got to thank Ultimo greatly for this. He talked me through every step of the process, and I now know much more on the subject than I did before. With luck, this should tide you guys over while Ultimo continues to go about porting Kaiju of his own! I noticed there was a bit of a glut regarding anime models at the time of this model's release, so I decided to change the status quo :D

This model comes in three sizes - model size, human size and giant size! The giant size Gotengo is so large that it usually gets stuck on the map boundaries or objects, so I'd reccomend scaling it down using the Prop Resizer Tool or picking a very large map to use it on.

The Gotengo (referred to in the west as Atragon) is a multi-purpose warship that was built by Hachiro Jinguji of the Imperial Japanese Navy, with the intent of using it to bring back the Empire of Japan. However, when the Mu Empire began attacking Japan with the intent of creating its own rule, Jinguji eventually decided to lead his invention into the tide of battle against the undersea people, who didn't really stand any chance against it.

The Gotengo is a machine built for any environment - It can travel underwater like a submarine, burrow through the ground with its drill nose or even fly through the air and into space with VTOL and rocket engines! That Absolute Zero Cannon on the drill's tip is pretty terrifying to be faced with, too!

The Gotengo would later reappear in Godzilla: Final Wars. This time, it appeared in the design you see here, but it got upgraded, taking on a strikingly different appearance.

The Warship most recently appeared in Super Fleet Sazer-X The Movie: Fight! Star Soldiers! in its classic design, being piloted by the J.S.D.F. to assist the heroes.

Other than appearing in movies, the Gotengo has appeared in several other pieces of media, ranging from video games to television shows.

Here's the original description for the SFM model by Ultimo!:
("Undersea Battleship: ATRAGON")

Lo and behold a classic from the showa era of Toho films, the mighty Atragon! Capable of traveling through sea, air, or land, this ship will make a welcome addition to your kaiju shorts, and mine as well.

The model comes in three sizes, a giant kaiju sized one, one human sized model, and another the size of a toy, for posing. The turrets, guns, and even the drill have bones so you can pose them as you see fit.

Also the flex with the untranslated name, all it does is retract and expand out the saws,

Anyways, god speed, and enjoy
