Some of the functional blocks are for decoration only and may not be fully welded. It was the time in SE where it wasn't many block variations so I used some of incomplete block models. They may not be welded as long as it doesn't connected to conveyer system
Am I doing something wrong again?
It seems like some part of the ship stuck in a voxel.
You need to remove any blocks from colidnig with voxel and convert to ship from terminal menu
