alright, but it won't let me extract my plugon into the plugins folder, which is my problem

No, only Sourcemod, metamod, and you have to start a LAN server, or do,in the console, map <map name>

I watched a ton of videos explaining how to use sourcemod plugins and I never seem to get restore ragdolls to work, I have done everything right and so I was wondering if there was anything special I needed to do for the plugin.
