Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle

The Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle from Star Wars in it's troop transport form. It got only one cockpit block in the ships cockpit (not as in the films 6), but 8 Passenger Seats in the back for your troops and a lot of cargo space.

The ship is ready for planets, but keep in mind that this ship is a transport vessel and so it doesn't have the best movebility. And always remember to take on the safety lock after moving the wings!!!

Technical Data:
Length: 20 m / 40 blocks
Width: 12,4 m / 25 blocks without wings
Height: 21,6 m in docking mode / 36 blocks in docking mode
Armament: 2 forward double laser cannons / 2 forward double gatling guns
2 wing mounted double cannons / 2 wing mounted double gatling guns
1 rear double laser cannon / 1 rear double gatling gun
Crew: 1 Pilot, 1 Co-Pilot, 1 Navigator, 1 Gunner, 1 Communications Officer, 1 Engineer, 8 Passengers / 1 Pilot, 6 Passengers
Propulsion System: 2 SFS-204 Ion Engines / 6 Large Hydrogen Thruster

Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle:

One of the most durable transports I have ever seen.
Very safe for passengers.
But at a price.

Special Comment:
The intricate hydrogen conveyor system failed under heavy fire, leading to a multiple thruster failure and ultimately a crash landing.

The wings tend to fall off in the event of a crash land.
If you are crash landing I would recommend retracting them immediately.

Ease of Operation:
Very easy to operate, I got the gist of the controls in only a few seconds.

Cost:
Very expensive to construct, but would function for a very long time.

Armament:
Pretty meh, but this is a transport we are talking about here.
I recommend ommiting them in future models.
Turrets might be a better choice.

Overall:
This ship would be good for transporting high ranking members,
because it is very safe, but far too expensive for large scale operations,
(unless you are very wealthy)
