Roundabout With Diferent Layers

All I use to make it work properly for Heavy Traffic is "Traffic Manager: President Edition", All You have to do is set All the traffic lights to timed and make a circuit.

I love the integrated rail which I've been using a lot. Question: Those rail junctions are pretty tight, do you ever get logjams on those?
