Is there a way to place the building as an asset (unique building). Is beautiful and I do not want it to get it placed randomly by commercial zones.. thx for any hint

oh, i see ... am rebuilding zurich ... would be nice to have it as a purchaseable asset (^ _ ^)

Just wait a bit, buldoze some buildings level 3, 4x4 and make a lot of parks and stuff arround commercials. It spawns rare, like all my buidlings.
