c) ...should realize that filing false DMCA claims is a criminal offense and he will be prosecuted.

The item is properly credited to the original author, and if the original author doesn't object and/or they are inactive, then there's no problem with these ports as derivative content.

You Harb went all the way up to rank 2 on my most hated friends list (it is on my profilet, even past Waala and THAT is something. Might as well add Devostator there too, and all who takes wrong side on this case.

Plus, Kamahl, you don't seem to get copyrights. A port is a porting a map to a newer/older engine and that shit is allowed. Croteam even encourages that. Plus the old members of almost all the classic maps are mostly gone, hence there is no one to actually port them, so other members do that for "them".

What you did was taking Harbingers map and modify and release it without his permission
(no response =! yes), he asked you to remove it but you don't listen. That's worth a DMCA, especially because he is the original workshop owner of the "port".
