Recolonize with No Unit or Financial Cost

描述
Just like the title says. You can recolonize desolate regions for free and without having to sacrifice any men.

My logic is that it is expensive and time consuming enough to recolonize a region without a further penalty to the faction via a large financial investment and having to lose 50% of your men.

Besides, when a town is razed, many people flee into the surrounding area and will come back to rebuild.

This mod will be compatible with pretty much anything and affects both the player and AI.

omg i was looking for a mod like this the last game i played the dam recolonize option killed my ruler i was like no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after 50+ battles he was epic could take one whole units without help now hes dead it made me quit the game on the spot hope this helps

Its weird that for a turn you colonize with your men, and then the next turn you are replesnishing, that means that your taking your men back haha

yes it was. and i found the one it was conflicting with. for anyone else who wants to know... THE MOD (NO BASE INCOME) CONFLICTS WITH THIS MOD.

also i can't seem to get your mod to run. it is checked in the mod manager before i run game. also fresh new file and it still makes me pay for colonizing... any suggestions on how to fix??
