4x4 L1 Commercial Growable

Honestly King Leno made a better update not long after. I knew very little bout illumination texturing at the time of this release, but I recommend subbing to his instead..... I mean come on, even I am subbed to his too.

I did not create this asset. This is an asset I have enjoyed and seemed abandoned. I added lighting, arrows and changed parking arrangement.

hi jim , i like what you doing but you might wanna convert some to leisure and tourism too , we could use these in leisure too
